科研方向: | 1. 食品安全的检验与控制 利用化学传感器与光电分析相结合,实现对食品中有害成分的特效识别、快速简便、多组分的在线同时检测,为食品安全问题提供可靠的检测手段。 2. 新型仿生传感器的构建及应用 研究开发新型功能化材料仿生传感器,具有性能好、寿命长、耐酸耐碱、耐高温等特点。可应用于实际样品农药残留检测和药物控释。 3. 化学传感器的开发及利用 致力于高灵敏度、痕量物质的分析方法的建立,开发具有各种功能的新型化学传感器,实现现场即时食品与环境样品多组分同时监测。 4. 微流控纸芯片的设计开发 在纸芯片上新型功能纳米材料构建生物传感器,实现对生命物质的快速、方便的检测。 | |
科研成果及奖励(包括项目、专利、鉴定等)(2005年以来): | 主要从事新型仿生传感器的构建及应用、新型免疫分析技术的研究、食品安全的检验与控制。先后主持和参加了多项国家自然科学基金、国家十一五科技支撑计划子课题、国家“863”计划、“973”项目子课题等多项国家级和省级项目。参加的研究课题先后获得国家技术发明二等奖1项,山东省技术发明一等奖1项,省科技进步一等奖1项,省部级科技进步二等、三等奖3项,第一发明人发明专利10项。 主持项目: 1.基于微流控纸芯片的持久性有机氯农药残留光致电化学检测-国家自然科学基金-(21277058) 2.基于纸芯片实验室的电致化学发光免疫分析研究-国家自然科学基金-(21175058) 3.基于分子自组装微球的自修复水泥材料的研究-国家自然科学基金-(50972050) 4.农药残留现场检测微流控纸芯片的应用基础研究-山东省自然科学基金点项目-(ZR2012BZ002) 5.高通量电致化学发光多元免疫分析系统的开发及其应用-山东省科技发展计划-(2011GGB01153) 6.新型试剂的合成及流动注射化学发光法在药物分析中的应用-山东省自然科学基金-(Y2007B07) | |
